I’m so happy about the improvements you made Jerry_. I can say the same for myself. I lost 8 kilos in just two months. This is without even getting hungry as I resort to crash dieting. I still eat as much as I did before, just this time, I refrained from eating junk foods. I also veered away from greasy fries and burgers from my favorite fast food chains. Instead, I learned how to cook healthy patties at home. This is not what became my regular snack at the office.
Does this organization turn you vegan? I’m just curious because that’s how people usually view that food when you say healthy.
Oh no. Not at all. They just tell you the right ingredients in preparing them starting from the oil used in frying and alternatives for refined sugar. They help you re-create dishes without removing the deliciousness in it. You do not need to be vegan just to eat healthily. This is really great food they help you make out here.
That’s very interesting. I love to cook so I think their advice will be a great help to me. I will coordinate with their reps soon. I’m having problems as well lately because I’m gaining too much weight. I really hope this organization can help me out too.
